Taught subtraction, multiplication, long division, fractions, word problems, Prealgebra,

Algebra, Geometry, Algebra II, Trigonometry, and Precalculus to public & private school

students and assisted them with their homework. Taught study skills, mnemonic devices, and test

taking strategies.

Kindergarteners through 10^th graders with an emphasis on study skills. Used running records to

practice spelling words. Used Making Words to teach missing phonics skills.

Created and taught thematic units: poetry, folk tales, geometry, snakes. Developed a

research based spelling program. Integrated mathematics problem solving projects with

Excel. Emphasized social skills through cooperative learning and P.E. Trained students in
